What is the return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts cannot be accepted.
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Sale items or discounted products may be non-returnable, unless stated otherwise.

When will I get my order?
Orders placed before 9:00 PM (21:00) are shipped the next business day.
Orders placed after 9:00 PM or during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

We want shipping to be simple and transparent:
Europe (EU) Shipping:

Worldwide Shipping (Outside EU):
- Standard shipping: €14,95
